PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDEN

This garden is a true oasis in the city. The clients wanted a tailored traditional look with lots of space for entertaining. A fence, patio, kitchen, bench, and lighting were requested. A retaining wall needed replacing, and large vegetable planters were a dream. We were able to work over the existing concrete and proposed a large grouping of pots to hide the mechanicals and storm door on the rear of the townhouse. Bluestone pavers and decorative gravel were used as flooring, cedar with ipe details were used for the woodwork, and commercial string lights create a ceiling. Plantings include junipers, crape myrtle, yew, hydrangea, arborvitae, and hornbeam.
